Find out more about JBM Automation and its owner Jason Monette. JBM Automation was founded in 2002.
At the heart of JBM Automation, it has always been about helping others by using technology in a smart and effective way.
Jason Monette created JBM Automation (then JBM Audio and JBM Engineering) in 2002 with the idea that technology is worthless if it doesn't do one of two things. Simplify or Enhance. JBM Automation was founded on this simple statement, and has been demystifying technology for their clients ever since.
Jason Monette is an Air Force veteran with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University, where he also lettered in track and field. He has certifications in display calibration (Imaging Science Foundation - ISF), surround sound calibration (Home Acoustic Alliance - HAA), URC CCP (Universal Remote Control), Bitwise Controls, HAI, Lutron Lighting Systems, Control4, CEDIA, and is a graduate from Sencore University for Display and Surround Calibration. All JBM Automation clients have complete access to the owner; he stands behind what the company does 100%. You can contact him directly by following the "Ask Jason" link that you see throughout the site. Jason truly has a passion for Automation, Home Theater, and Fanuc Robotics, and you realize that the minute you meet him.
Every person at JBM Automation is an asset. They are highly trained and certified. At every level of skill, from the technician who runs the wire, which is the back bone of any system, to the programmer that makes that complex system simple to operate, we all love what we do and none of us are happy unless we exceed your expectations. Customer service is alive and well, drop us a line and let us make you a believer.
JBM Automation clients are mostly located in western Michigan, with some clients living all over the country. This diverse clientele has provided the company with many opportunities to use the latest technology to fill their needs. Every system that is installed is personalized to the client. No two systems are the same, we truly are custom integrators.
