The location

In January of 2017, a client of ours referred us to one of his close friends. His friend was interested in a home theater system for his existing home, but simply didn't know where to start.

The prospective customer had an idea in his head of what he wanted, but wasn't a "techie". He wanted a place where his family could enjoy "Friday Night Movie Night" on the big screen. He wanted the home theater to sound as good as it looked. Most importantly, it had to be easy to use.

Our approach

We worked closely with the clients' interior decorator to deliver a home theater that performed as good as it looked. Next we added some Control4 lighting to dim the lights when the movie starts automatically.

The client wanted big sound, but didn't care for the big appearance of floor standing speakers, so we added TruAudio Ghost in-wall and in-ceiling speakers. We powered them with a Sony Dolby Atmos AV receiver, and top top it off we installed a Sony 4k Projector.
